Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, among all US states and DC, California had the highest number of people who identified their race as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (133.17K), followed by Hawaii (129.84K), and Washington (39.60K).

On the other hand, Vermont had the lowest number of people that identified as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (145), followed by District of Columbia (229), and Delaware (259).
