Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, among all US counties, Los Angeles, CA had the highest number of people who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic White (2.72M), followed by Maricopa, AZ (2.29M), and Cook, IL (2.28M).
