According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Texas was 5.4. Loving County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (92.2), followed by Comal County (50.51), and Kenedy County (41.11). On the other hand, Aransas County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-83.32), followed by McMullen County (-53.58), and Presidio County (-45.19).
