According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2022, the net domestic migration rate for South Carolina was 16.02. Horry County had the highest net domestic migration rate (45.75) followed by Jasper County (42.71), and Edgefield County (38.46). On the other hand, Allendale County had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-18.39), followed by Lee County (-8.21), and Sumter County (-7.2).
