Race: The White Alone male population was the largest male racial group in the United States, with a population of 123,416,633 (77.08%). The Black or African American Alone male population was the second largest male racial group in the United States, with a population of 20,817,548 (13.00%). The Asian Alone male population was the third largest male racial group in the United States, with a population of 9,046,462 (5.65%).

Ethnicity: The White Alone - Non Hispanic male population was the largest male ethnic group in the United States, with a population of 97,539,837 (60.92%). The White Alone - Hispanic male population was the second largest male ethnic group in the United States, with a population of 25,876,796 (16.16%).
