Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, the male or men population of the US was 155,514,054. Among the US male population, 27,262,089 identified as Hispanic (17.53%), and 128,251,965 identified as Non-Hispanic (82.47%).

Race: The White Alone male population was the largest male racial group in the United States, with a population of 121,426,109 (78.08%). The Black or African American Alone male population was the second largest male racial group in the United States, with a population of 19,934,414 (12.82%). The Asian Alone male population was the third largest male racial group in the United States, with a population of 7,982,729 (5.13%).

Ethnicity: The White Alone - Non Hispanic male population was the largest male ethnic group in the United States, with a population of 97,390,445 (62.63%). The White Alone - Hispanic male population was the second largest male ethnic group in the United States, with a population of 24,035,664 (15.46%).
