Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, there were 1,122,387 people in North Carolina who identified as Hispanic or Latino. Among this group, 80.52% (903,739) identified their race as White, 9.23% (103,586) identified their race as Black or African American, and 4.85% (54,472) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native.
