Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, there were 31,939 hispanics or latinos (of all racial backgrounds) in North Dakota and they represented 4.18% of the total population of North Dakota in 2019.

Cass County had the highest number of hispanics or latinos (5,209), followed by Ward County (4,491), and Williams County (3,478). On the other hand, Sheridan County had the lowest number of hispanics or latinos (23), followed by Billings County (23), and Grant County (24).

When it comes to the ratio of hispanic to non-hispanic population, Walsh County had the highest percentage (11.82%), followed by McKenzie County (9.86%), and Williams County (9.18%).
