Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, there were 638,293 hispanics or latinos (of all racial backgrounds) in Maryland and they represented 10.54% of the total population of Maryland in 2019.

Montgomery County had the highest number of hispanics or latinos (207,898), followed by Prince George's County (176,309), and Anne Arundel County (48,351). On the other hand, Garrett County had the lowest number of hispanics or latinos (357), followed by Kent County (864), and Somerset County (1,021).

When it comes to the ratio of hispanic to non-hispanic population, Montgomery County had the highest percentage (19.78%), followed by Prince George's County (19.34%), and Frederick County (10.47%).
