Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, there were 5,090,821 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Washington and they represented 65.76% of the total population of Washington in 2021. King County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (1,255,037), followed by Pierce County (590,889), and Snohomish County (545,647). On the other hand, Garfield County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (2,040), followed by Columbia County (3,321), and Wahkiakum County (4,033).
