Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, there were 5,128,888 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Washington and they represented 66.40% of the total population of Washington in 2020. King County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (1,287,199), followed by Pierce County (594,991), and Snohomish County (550,674). On the other hand, Garfield County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (2,000), followed by Columbia County (3,290), and Wahkiakum County (3,913).
