Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, there were 9,738,780 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Pennsylvania and they represented 76.03% of the total population of Pennsylvania in 2018. Allegheny County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (953,750), followed by Montgomery County (623,357), and Philadelphia County (544,586). On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (4,316), followed by Forest County (5,239), and Sullivan County (5,628).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Elk County had the highest percentage (97.36%), followed by Jefferson County (97.19%), and Armstrong County (97%).
