Allegheny County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (953,750), followed by Montgomery County (623,357), and Philadelphia County (544,586). On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (4,316), followed by Forest County (5,239), and Sullivan County (5,628).
