Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, there were 3,110,122 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Oregon and they represented 73.36% of the total population of Oregon in 2022. Multnomah County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (533,133), followed by Washington County (370,302), and Clackamas County (333,924). On the other hand, Wheeler County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (1,253), followed by Sherman County (1,713), and Gilliam County (1,758).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Wallowa County had the highest percentage (91.73%), followed by Grant County (90.39%), and Baker County (89.43%).
