Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, there were 4,976,204 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Massachusetts and they represented 72.89% of the total population of Massachusetts in 2016. Middlesex County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (1,167,022), followed by Worcester County (637,139), and Essex County (558,840).
