Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, there were 453,602 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Alaska and they represented 61.09% of the total population of Alaska in 2016. Anchorage Borough had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (174,404), followed by Matanuska-Susitna Borough (83,168), and Fairbanks North Star Borough (70,873). On the other hand, Yakutat City and Borough had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (206), followed by Kusilvak Borough (290), and Lake and Peninsula Borough (351).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Skagway Borough had the highest percentage (82.69%), followed by Denali Borough (82.01%), and Kenai Peninsula Borough (80.61%).
