Hennepin County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone population (175,311), followed by Ramsey County (69,969), and Dakota County (33,509). On the other hand, Lincoln County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone (15), followed by Wilkin County (24), and Traverse County (25).
