Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, there were 1,678,617 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in New York and they represented 8.55% of the total population of New York in 2016. Queens County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (602,189), followed by Kings County (322,033), and New York County (201,338). On the other hand, Hamilton County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (29), followed by Lewis County (95), and Schuyler County (96).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone, Queens County had the highest percentage (26.11%), followed by Kings County (12.35%), and New York County (12.3%).
