Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, there were 140,726 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Missouri and they represented 2.27% of the total population of Missouri in 2023. St. Louis County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (49,833), followed by Jackson County (14,097), and St. Charles County (13,694). On the other hand, Worth County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (5), followed by Holt County (11), and Carroll County (11).
