Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, there were 174,916 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Connecticut and they represented 4.89% of the total population of Connecticut in 2020. Capitol Planning Region had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (57,252), followed by Western Connecticut Planning Region (35,414), and South Central Connecticut Planning Region (24,582).
