Queens County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (8,235), followed by Erie County (5,216), and Kings County (5,054). On the other hand, Hamilton County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (11), followed by Schuyler County (40), and Yates County (50).
