Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, there were 28,252 people that identified as Hispanic White alone in South Dakota and they represented 3.18% of the total population of South Dakota in 2020. Minnehaha County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone population (9,794), followed by Pennington County (3,295), and Beadle County (2,247). On the other hand, Ziebach County had the lowest number of Hispanic White alone (0), followed by Buffalo County (1), and Mellette County (3).
