Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, there were 187,615 people that identified as Hispanic White alone in Missouri and they represented 3.12% of the total population of Missouri in 2011. Jackson County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone population (48,675), followed by St. Louis County (21,398), and Clay County (11,992). On the other hand, Worth County had the lowest number of Hispanic White alone (20), followed by Mercer County (26), and Schuyler County (29).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Hispanic White alone, Sullivan County had the highest percentage (17.9%), followed by McDonald County (9.84%), and Saline County (7.56%).
