Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, there were 163,339 people that identified as Hispanic White alone in Alabama and they represented 3.37% of the total population of Alabama in 2014. Jefferson County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone population (20,466), followed by Madison County (13,303), and Shelby County (10,900). On the other hand, Wilcox County had the lowest number of Hispanic White alone (47), followed by Lowndes County (48), and Greene County (55).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Hispanic White alone, Franklin County had the highest percentage (13.67%), followed by DeKalb County (11.67%), and Marshall County (11.18%).
