According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2024, the number of deaths for Missouri was 66,068. St. Louis had the highest number of deaths (10,029), followed by Jackson (6,665), and St. Charles (3,190). On the other hand, Mercer had the lowest number of deaths (40), followed by Scotland (42), and Knox (44).
