According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Caroline, VA voting-age population of 23,869 people, 63.43% of them (15,140 people) identified their race as White Alone, 26.02% of them (6,210 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 5.69% of them (1,358 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
