According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Greene, NC voting-age population of 16,566 people, 50.71% of them (8,400 people) identified their race as White Alone, 36.44% of them (6,037 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 8.48% of them (1,405 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
