According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Sanders, MT voting-age population of 10,214 people, 89.01% of them (9,091 people) identified their race as White Alone, 5.70% of them (582 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 3.50% of them (357 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone.
