According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Otter Tail, MN voting-age population of 47,036 people, 93.25% of them (43,860 people) identified their race as White Alone, 3.07% of them (1,444 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 1.53% of them (719 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
