According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Washington, ME voting-age population of 25,404 people, 90.94% of them (23,102 people) identified their race as White Alone, 3.86% of them (980 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, and 3.43% of them (872 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
