According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Apache, AZ voting-age population of 49,105 people, 69.58% of them (34,168 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, 24.38% of them (11,973 people) identified their race as White Alone, and 3.16% of them (1,553 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
