According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Kenai Peninsula, AK voting-age population of 45,987 people, 81.02% of them (37,258 people) identified their race as White Alone, 8.11% of them (3,728 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 6.93% of them (3,187 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone.
