According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Ward, TX population of 8,486 people, 41.89% of them (3,555 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, 17.42% of them (1,478 people) identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone, and 16.63% of them (1,411 people) identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - White Alone.
