According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Houston, TX population of 17,886 people, 61.04% of them (10,917 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, 23.25% of them (4,158 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone, and 8.19% of them (1,464 people) identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone.
