According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Lake, SD population of 8,626 people, 90.17% of them (7,778 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, 2.90% of them (250 people) identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - White Alone, and 2.18% of them (188 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - Two Or More Races.
