According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Jefferson, OR population of 18,983 people, 66.44% of them (12,613 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, 10.95% of them (2,079 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, and 8.73% of them (1,658 people) identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone.
