According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Polk, IA population of 371,655 people, 77.60% of them (288,392 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, 6.18% of them (22,959 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone, and 4.71% of them (17,508 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone.
