According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Grady, GA population of 19,962 people, 59.95% of them (11,968 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, 27.30% of them (5,450 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone, and 5.78% of them (1,153 people) identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone.
