According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma County had the highest voting-age population who identified their race as Black or African American Alone (87.96K), followed by Tulsa County (48.95K), and Comanche County (15.12K).
