According to the data from the US 2020 Census, as at April 2020, among all Idaho counties, Ada County had the highest population density per square mile (470.50 people per sqr mile), followed by Canyon County (393.67 people per sqr mile), and Kootenai County (138.44 people per sqr mile).

On the other hand, Clark County had the lowest population density (0.45 people per sqr mile), followed by Custer County (0.87 people per sqr mile), and Camas County (1.00 people per sqr mile).
