According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Virginia counties, in April 2020, among all Virginia counties, Charles City County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (6.61%), followed by King William County (1.62%), and King and Queen County (1.36%).
