According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in Georgia with over 10K voting-age population, Dublin city had the highest percentange of a city or place voting-age population who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (98.08%), followed by Albany city (97.88%), and Thomasville city (97.72%).
