According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for New Jersey counties, in April 2020, among all the cities and places with over 10K voting-age population in New Jersey, East Orange city had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (79.06%), followed by Roselle borough (47.99%), and Newark city (47.30%).
