According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Hawaii counties, in April 2020, among all the cities and places with over 10K voting-age population in Hawaii, Schofield Barracks CDP had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (13.25%), followed by Ocean Pointe CDP (5.97%), and Ewa Gentry CDP (3.04%).
