According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Hawaii counties, in April 2020, among all the cities and places with over 10K voting-age population in Hawaii, Kailua CDP had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified as Hispanic - White Alone (50.86%), followed by Schofield Barracks CDP (7.14%), and Ocean Pointe CDP (1.86%).
