According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for New Jersey counties, in April 2020, among all the cities and places with over 10K voting-age population in New Jersey, Camden city had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (2.31%), followed by Perth Amboy city (1.74%), and Paterson city (1.69%).
