According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in West Virginia, Charleston city had the highest voting-age population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (5.50K), followed by Huntington city (3.22K), and Beckley city (2.66K).
