According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in Minnesota, Minneapolis city had the highest voting-age population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (55.64K), followed by St. Paul city (34.21K), and Brooklyn Park city (16.73K).
