According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in Oregon, Portland city had the highest voting-age population who identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - White Alone (11.50K), followed by Salem city (5.63K), and Eugene city (3.85K).
