According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in Missouri, Kansas City city had the highest voting-age population who identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone (17.67K), followed by St. Louis city (4.27K), and Independence city (4.14K).
