According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in West Virginia, Charleston city had the highest voting-age population who identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (49), followed by Martinsburg city (39), and Morgantown city (35).
